Founder

I spent ten years building the software that executes freight for Brazilian e-commerce.

Routor exists because, in those ten years, the decisions were still being made in Excel.

Background

Ten years building execution.

I co-founded Intelipost in 2014 and served as COO until 2024; today I remain a board member and investor. Intelipost became Brazil's leading e-commerce shipping platform: 1,000+ shippers, 100+ million orders per year, and more than R$7 billion in freight processed. Along the way, we raised through a Series B led by Riverwood Capital and completed two acquisitions: Pegaki and AgileProcess.

The thesis

The decision layer was never built.

A decade watching Brazil's largest operations move freight up close left me with an uncomfortable realization: execution got automated (TMS, ERP, WMS), but decisions didn't. Spreadsheet against spreadsheet, scenarios built by hand, choices worth millions a year resting on a tab in Excel. The decision layer was never built. Routor is that layer: not a TMS, not BI, software that turns fragmented data into comparable scenarios and applicable decisions.

Education

Engineering, MBA, and what came before.

I'm a control and automation engineer from UFMG, with an MBA from INSEAD (2012). Before Intelipost, I spent seven years in management consulting: Falconi, Gradus, and Bain & Company. In 2025, I was selected for the INSEAD AI Venture Lab, a three-month program for founders building venture-scale companies.

Where we are

Small, intentional.

Routor serves its first Brazilian enterprise clients and has raised a pre-seed round from Latitud and Loyal VC. I live in São Paulo.

Let's talk.

If you're looking at freight as a strategic decision and not just as a cost, send me a message. I'm the one who answers.
